2. Products & Orders

Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Product availability issues
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Orders that appear to be from resellers

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times are 10-25 business days depending on your location.

As cosmetic products are classified as sensitive goods, express shipping is not available. All orders ship via standard delivery only.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report any damage within 7 days.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements for damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order with photo/video evidence.

Lost packages (no tracking updates for 30+ days) are eligible for full refund or reshipment. Claims must be made within 180 days of dispatch.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval, using the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LUMIYA or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. User Accounts

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
